Returns & Refunds

Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, please send us an email within 7 days from receiving it. Our friendly Customer Support team will try their best to make it right for you.

Please contact Customer Support at support@beachbe.com with your refund claim and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be given to you. Please write this on the shipping label. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.

Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing them. We do not accept exchanges or refunds for purchases that were mistakenly ordered with the wrong options such as color and size.

It is not possible for us to return items back to our Suppliers who are located all over the world as the management and shipping costs are prohibitive. To entertain any kind of returns we would have to incur at least 30% additional cost, which means we would have to pass the cost back to you, the customer. Instead we ask you to make sure you are buying the correct product with the correct options. We thank you in advance for understanding.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
* Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
* Your item must be in the original packaging.
* Your item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.

Items not eligible for a refund:
* Gift cards.
* Sale items - If an item was bought at a discounted price, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
* Bulk orders - Orders of 5 items or more are considered bulk orders and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
* Some health and personal care items.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Lost or Stolen Packages

BeachBe is not responsible if a package is/are not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information.

BeachBe is not responsible for lost, stolen and undelivered packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, BeachBe will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@beachbe.com.


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

If BeachBe sent the wrong product or the correct product but with the wrong options such as color or size, please contact Customer Support and we will send you the correct product immediately.

If an item arrived defective or damaged, please contact Customer Support at support@beachbe.com within 7 days from receiving it for an exchange and send your item to:

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If an item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
