If an item arrived defective or damaged, please contact Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from receiving it for an exchange.
Customer Support will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please write the RMA on your shipping label.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.
If you received the wrong product or incorrect options such as color or size, please contact Customer Support. We’ll immediately send you the right product with the correct options.
If you are eligible for an exchange and we’re unable to send you a replacement, we offer a full refund.
To be eligible for an exchange, your purchased item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept returns because you no longer want the purchased item.
We do not accept exchanges for purchases mistakenly ordered with the wrong options, such as color or size.
Bulk orders of 5 items or more cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Beachbe is not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.
Beachbe is not responsible for lost, stolen, and undelivered packages confirmed delivered to the address entered for an order.
Upon inquiry, Beachbe will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
